After ticking everything on society list of ‘success’ I was suddenly left with an overwhelming emptiness and frustration - Why didn’t I feel happy? Why wasn’t achieving everything I thought I ever wanted in life enough? I was in a never ending cycle of guilt which caught my usually ambitious and positive self completely off guard.
